A further addendum to this minute was agreed by Cllrs at the PC meeting of the 6th May 2021. This reads as follows
“Item 16.3 Agreed to the addition 2.5 hours per week for Jan-Mar for the new clerk as considerable time has been spent getting up to speed, this additional cost was covered in the previous Clerk’s budget. Cllrs reiterated that Clerk should keep a record of hours worked so that he can be supported and guided on work areas by the Councillors.”
